Key Skills The aim to support one or more recruitment partner in research,and sourcing of high caliber candidates for high value external roles Candidate search , name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance Responsible for managing a portfolio of internal hires and a portfolio of lower value external hires. Manage relationship with internal candidates searching for opportunities and hiring managers Sourcing candidates for volume lower value usually in offshore centres Responsible for finding and creating pipeline for shortage key skills Understanding and mapping the Business
Technical Competencies Strong knowledge of recruitment process and strategy Previous resourcing search experience is needed (expertise on Boolean, X-Ray search, Social Media Hiring) Ability to Analyze data, Use databases, maintain databases and search databases Ability to speak and write in additional languages is highly desirable Knowledge of Indian market and volume hiring techniques is highly desirable
