Enterprise Role Overview:
Responsibilities are similar to the intermediate financial analyst in tax, but of less magnitude and involve limited authority. Associates work independently on preparing tax reports, responding to audits or researching tax issues, and work under the direction of senior associates on complex projects and analyses.
LOB Job Description: This position is critical to Property Tax Compliance and is needed to ensure property tax bills are paid timely and assess values are reviewed and all issues identified and tracked. This position is also key in ensuring all tax bills are received and are accurate so our clients are billed correctly. This position is critical to respond to customer inquiries regarding property tax charges and provide clear explanations and detailed calculations. This position is critical to Property Tax Compliance and is needed as backup to ensure all property tax bills, returns and assessed value notices are inserted timely and accurately to the property tax application for tracking purposes. This position also serves as backup to ensure all tax vouchers are processed and mailed out timely.
1-2 of years of work experience in Accounting or Property Tax
Strong Excel skills
Able to communicate confidently and professionally (both in writing and in speech) with peers, management, customers, and third parties
Good time management
Ability to work independently and on a team with others
Relational database experience is preferred
