You will be trusted by our global technical experts to ensure that the data about Nokia’s commercial product components and the manufacturers we are collaborating with is always accurate and up to date.
Your role will revolve mainly around data and include activities such as exporting, importing, manipulation, analysis, reporting and consolidation of key data with impact on the overall financial performance of Nokia.
You will have access to training to learn how to work with our internal tools and cover all technical aspects of component database management, from proper component classifications based on data sheet reviews to maintenance of the global component items (PCN/PDN, technical attributes, re-qualifications, Lifecycles, RoHS).
You will be expected to provide technical collaborative support to determine supplier/technology selection, supplier capability audits and cost reduction initiatives.
Engineering/technical degree combined with practical knowledge and expertise in component/material technologies and environmental engineering
Good written and spoken English
Proficient in practical tools such as Excel, Access; relational databases is a plus (MS-SQL, MySQL, Oracle SQL Plus)
Detail-oriented; proven record with data management is an advantage
Skilled in stakeholder management
Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
Confident to establish clear and understandable corrective actions
