Marcom is Apple’s Global Marketing Communications group. We oversee all of Apple’s advertising and marketing to ensure the flawless development and execution of world-class communications. Marcom Channel drives strategies to provide customers a thoughtful, engaging and seamless experience. In the role of Technical Project Manager, you work on multiple applications in various states of the Software Development Life Cycle and partner with internal teams to deliver in-store demo unit experiences on Apple devices worldwide.
You have at least 4-6+ years of experience in the software of web development industry.
You are comfortable with ambiguity and change and have the ability to focus on the smallest detail as well as define broader strategic plans.
A solid track record of digital innovation and delivery across multiple platforms and have significant experience developing or supporting enterprise applications from end-to-end.
You have a familiarity with version control systems such as Git and Subversion
You possess a strong sense of curiosity and intense desire to succeed
You have excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
You possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Partners with creative and cross functional teams to deliver demo unit software applications in Channel stores worldwide Manages assigned projects and takes ownership of project delivery and achievement of business outcomes Develops accurate project timelines and resource estimates as part of the project planning process Provides extraordinary project management support to include monitoring and communicating project progress, issues, risks, and results Crafts and maintains project and system documentation, including development and testing procedures Drives requirements and integration with CMS (Adobe Experience Manager) by partnering with Development, QA, Content Management and IS&T teams Builds positive relationships beyond the team and works effectively with technical and non-technical business partners Analyzes and resolves production issues working independently or with the support of the development team Reviews and analyzes requests from business users in order to prioritize work and develop a clear roadmap.
BS/BA degree or equivalent technical experience
