An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Telecare Officer for the local council. The position is full-time, shift work (day,nights and weekends)The role is initially for 3 months but has the potential to be on-going or lead to a permanent role.
The main duties for this role is to be first line support for vulnerable adults ,You will be required to help/assist if they have an emergency and call the emergency services if required.
This ideal candidate will have experience within a Customer service or call centre background,Good It skills would be required. An advantage for this role would be if a candidate comes from a similar background or had previous experience working with vulnerable adults.
Having a DBS and a full clean licence would be an and advantage too.
