A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive and resourceful Receptionist / Administrator to join this international trading house in the City for a period of approximately 2 months. Working in a very fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for assisting the admin team with the smooth running of the department.

Duties for this varied role will include:


- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Operating switchboard
- Opening and distributing post
- Booking couriers / taxis
- Booking travel and accommodation
- Booking / maintaining meeting rooms
- Organising refreshments and lunches
- Maintaining stationary levels
- Assisting with filing, photocopying, scanning etc.
- Providing support to admin team

The successful candidate will be personable and demonstrate impeccable organisational and communication skills with an excellent sense of initiative. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants MUST have previous receptionist experience ideally gained within a financial services environment and be available for to start at short notice.
