Department overview:
 
Fund Linked Products Financing (“FLP”) provides financing solutions to investors in hedge funds, mutual funds and private equity funds. FLP is a global, front-to-back business with dedicated client coverage, client service, structuring, trading and due diligence team members in New York and London.
 
The ITS Equity Derivatives and Investor Products Trade Management department ensures complete, accurate and timely trade capture and lifecycle management across multiple asset classes; and accuracy and completeness of reference/market data. Within this, the Fund Service team performs a wide range of post-trade and lifecycle processes as well as closely supporting the FLP Financing front office teams in London and New York.

Your main tasks will include:


Working closely with front office Client Service and Due Diligence teams, as well as Trade Management, in London and New York.

Preparation of client reporting.

Fund, counterparty and document management within internal systems.

Assisting with ongoing risk management functions of the business.

Monitoring of collateral pledged by clients.

Exposure to multiple areas of the bank including Trading, Sales, Structuring, IT and Global Operations.
