My client is a world-leading medical communication agency, supporting major pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients in communicating to healthcare professionals on their drugs and raising awareness on associated diseases.

They are expanding their outsourcing solutions to ensure their teams have high-quality, flexible and cost-effective solutions for delivering content, including medical writing, editing, art work, digital technology, video/animation production, and presentations.

This is an ideal opportunity if you are a problem solver, operationally strong, can grow to understand the needs of client account teams, forward leaning in troubleshooting and planning for future needs, and able to translate internal support requests into strong, innovative and cost-effective operational solutions. The successful candidate will also manage in-house Studio staff and get to work in a dynamic, international environment.


Experience working in and/or managing a studio (or similar) in an agency or publisher setting, or similar

Understanding of both creative and content challenges in successful delivery of projects

Ability to network, and form strong relationships with colleagues and external parties

Strong trouble-shooting skills

A people person, with previous management or supervisory experience preferred

Ability to process and solve complex resource and project management challenges

Excellent command of written and spoken English
