Bachelor’s degree, preferably Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology/Human Factors, Computer Science, Engineering, Fine Arts, Communications, or equivalent.
2 years relative experience or advanced degree.
Where you can make an impact:
Lead research initiatives with both internal and external partners.
Employ a wide variety of qualitative research methods, as well as quantitative methods as necessary.
Analyze and synthesize research findings into actionable insights and communicate to key stakeholders.
Facilitate design thinking sessions with various technical and non-technical stakeholders
Package insights into design tools and assets for the product managers and designers to leverage (i.e. personas, design principles, scenarios, etc.)
Evangelize user research and user-centered design throughout the company.
