What will you do? 
As a Visual Merchandising Specialist, you will work under Maybelline New York brand of the Consumer Products Division (CPD), report to the Visual Merchandising Manager, and be expected to do the following:
Monitor repairs and maintenance of all top doors - total makeup brands
Manage warehouse assets of total makeup brands
Develop creative point of purchase (POP) designs for outright locations
Conceptualize effective planogram for all counter types
Monitor all animations initiated by both brand and account
Conceptualize designs and monitor the execution of Store Openings, Renovations, and Refits
Manage account initiated projects
Technical Skills Needed:
Google SketchUp (3D)
Adobe Photoshop (Advanced)
MS Office (Proficient)
Who are we looking for?
·        A graduate with a degree in industrial design, multimedia arts, or related
·        Displays sensitivity to L’Oréal's “Métier” 
·        Deeply passionate about beauty and wants to build a career in the beauty and cosmetics industry
·        At least 1-2 years of experience in 3D modeling and visual merchandising
·        Exhibits strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
·        Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
·        Driven, proactive, energetic, and detail-oriented
