This is a high visible role with C-Suite Exposure.
Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to lead the sales effort across all customer verticals (Rental Car, Commercial Fleets, Government, Fleet Management Companies, Dealer and Network fleets) across all of the Driven Brands (Maaco, Meineke, Take 5, CARSTAR, 1-800 Radiator, ABRA). Primary Responsibilities: Plan, strategize and budget around current and future sales opportunities in conjunction with department President and Chief Commercial Officer Oversee annual P&L for fleet team initiatives (Opex, SG&A, top line sales) Day-to-day management of vertical Directors in conjunction with annual plan Hiring & performance management
- continuous talent assessment Facilitate team meetings, events Employee Training Work cross functionally internally to execute sales plan (all brands) Work with various brand franchisees to maintain fleet culture/adoption of programs Intimately understand our customers and value proposition
- relationship building a priority Travel 30-40% Qualifications: To be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements: Documented sales/leadership skills
- experience running a sales and/or Ops team required Bachelor's Degree Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written; ability to interact in various social situations Proactive thinker that can turn ideas into results Strong organizational & leadership skills Fleet industry experience preferred but not mandated
