Daily activities

You are a member of Nokia Software Technical Communication team which plan, design, write and publish customer documentation for Nokia software products.
 
Your daily tasks include:
·       Plans, designs, writes, updates and reviews documentation (including graphics and rich media) in own area
·       Has overall responsibility of specified customer documentation in a release (or sprint in agile mode)
·       Contributes in documentation/user assistance solution planning within own area, according to customer requirements
·       Manages tools, methods and processes linked to the job
·       Consults, supports and guides external interfaces to use the documentation created by yourself and the team.
·       Is responsible for sharing knowledge and training in his/her expertise area
·       May be required to create workflows using rich media as context-sensitive user assistance
·       May have special role related to specified customer documentation area, such as information architecture, graphics, rich media, documentation technology and tools, production or publishing

 
Our expectations:
·       College or university student pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or Doctor’s degree, with at least 1 year student status from the time of hire
·       excellent English communication skills in both writing and speaking (C2 level)
·       perform tasks logically with good time management and self-discipline
·       possess a strong motivation to learn and try new things
·       dedicated team player with good team spirit
·       can work at least 32 hours a week and is available for at least 1 year

Bonus points:
·       Major in telecommunications or an equivalent field i.e. Electronics, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science
·       have a remaining student status of two years
