Descripción

Providing 1st , 2nd and 3rd level hardware, peripherals and operating system support through a formal support centralised IT Helpdesk system, including responding to CAX related enquiries. Maintaining and upgrading the CAX suites of users on a regular basis to ensure it remains in line with industry standards. Maintaining all CAX and PLM servers including the SAP applications, OS and hardware. Efficient, thorough, and timely management of all assigned help desk and other tasks. Participates in CAX projects as team member / project lead Undertake CAX hardware and CAX standard software deployment, installation, and configuration.
