Who You’ll Work With

 
You will be part of the CX Global Operations team, focusing on supporting Customer Experience (CX) Centers, working with global stakeholders, program managers, business operations team members, engineers, and leaders across teams.

 

Who You Are

 
You will execute on business-critical projects, working with leaders to drive highly complex processes, tools and operations, with a goal to execute the program plans to the to be state

 
You collaborate with cross functional stakeholders and leverage additional resources (e.g. Senior Project Managers,.) to collaborate, act on and execute on project plan to drive the needed outcomes

 
Responsibilities include but not limited to:

 
In this role you’ll execute business-critical programs across a variety of operations focus areas for the CX Centers organization.

 
You will leverage your project, program and change  management skills to handle complex situations and juggle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, including balancing progress on your projects with the urgency of immediate operational demands.

 
Your excellent business communications skills (written, verbal, and graphical), and ability to produce project plans will be critical for success in this team. You will help the team succeed by creating and maintaining professional project plans, completing assignments in a timely fashion per agreed upon deadlines, working independently, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders to gather information necessary to complete assignments.

 
Minimum Qualifications

 
You have a Bachelors’ degree or equivalent and have at least 5 years of related project management experience
Prince 2 or PMP qualified, other Project Management certifications will be appreciated
Experienced in leading cross-functional programs or projects is required
A Mastery of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
Your excellent verbal & written communication and social skills are evidenced by your ability to take complex, technical information and make it easy to follow for executive and technical audiences.
You thrive in a team environment and in a large organization with thousands of stakeholders located around the world.
You actively seek feedback from stakeholders and teammates to ensure deliverables meet requirements and feel comfortable making as many changes as needed to meet requirements.
You're able to understand and explain highly complex information, and think about a procedure, policy, process or product in the way that a stakeholder would think about it.
