External Job Description
Context/Scope:
 
Diageo Mexico has started exports operations to 20 markets for Tequila Don Julio, and has taken over the Ron Zacapa operations from Customer Service perspective since 2016. Under this context it is necessary to serve our customers in a proper way to guarantee the global standard service levels.
 
This role works collaboratively with our customers to deliver their requirements in a timely manner under the following scope:
 
Accompanies the forecasting process
Provides the needed documentation for Brand registration
Executes the order management process
Works together with the logistics team
Follows up the customs procedures (Includes exports documentation)
Monitors and follow up the claims for the final resolution.
Is involved in innovation projects for our customers
Generates action plans to improve and streamiline  the end to end process
Responsible to maintain  
 
Purpose of role:
 
 
The main purpose of the role is to deliver a superior Customer Service Levels within Diageo standards (OTIF 80%, Fill Rate 95%)
Work collaboratively with our customers to achieve efficiencies for both parties.
       Customer Service means to Diageo; Leadership, drive, process improvement, supply efficiency and superior service levels.
 
Top 3-5 Accountabilities:


 
 To execute the order management process effectively to ensure targets accomplishment.
To receive and gather the Fcst from all our customers, monitor variances and ensure Fcst Acc of 70%.
Develop a collaborative agenda with our top customers to achieve efficiencies in the supply chain, resulting in an increase in KPI’s
To ensure all documentation required is delivered in a timely manner, avoiding delays for our customers.
To control and monitor the liquid allocation per market when applicable.
Follow up on customer complaints and claims until final solution.
Ensure the entire process is carried out under the global governance of Diageo
       To be the main point of contact within Tequila Don Julio and Zacapa for all our customers,    regarding any topic.

Qualifications and responsibilities:
 
 
3 years of experience in Customer Service or similar
Foreign trade background (free trade agreements, customs)
Knowledge of logistics process
Knowledge of Planning and forecasting processes
Analytical thinking
Decision making
Analytical skills and ability to shape analytical findings into meaningful insights for the business
English fluent (90-95%)
Experience in using SAP,
Advanced Excel
