Descripción

As a Junior Network and Support Engineer you are responsible for supporting network services infrastructure. Provide best end support for internal customers.

Activities:
Help desk to Enterprises and assistance to customers for small businesses taking calls and solving networking tickets.
Troubleshoot software and system problems
Fields calls and/or web based service requests from customers/clients
Collaborate with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality

Requirements:
Excellent spoken and written English language skills
18 years old and above
High School diploma or equivalent
Possess solid keyboarding and PC skills
6 months in customer service related job or finished career related
Ability to multi task

Desirable:
One year troubleshooting issues with networking, PC repair, and/or internet connectivity issues

We offer:
Great Base Salary plus incentives make more than $20,000 per month
Paid training, Monday through Saturday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
