Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with one or more programming languages, including Java, C++ and/or Python.
Experience engaging leadership.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with video related technologies such as Adaptive Bitrate streaming protocols (i.e., HLS, DASH, CMAF), DRM, and broadcast automation systems.
Experience working as a software developer, architect, technology advocate or consultant.
Experience working directly with third-party developers.
Experience with API development.
Ability to deliver presentations to large audiences and engage with leadership.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Video Solutions Consultants are video advertising technology consultants at the forefront of the video innovation paving the way to the future of TV and Premium Video. We work directly with the largest global broadcasters to consult and implement their video strategy across the web, OTT devices, set top boxes, and TV broadcasts. Our job is to make both Product/Engineering and Sales successful. We understand broad strategy and lead pre-sales engagements, design solution architectures, implement proofs of concept, advocate our products, manage implementations, and ensure the long-term success of our partners.
In this role, you will act as a pre and post-sales specialist in video advertising, using your technical knowledge and operational experience to achieve strategic goals across Video on Demand (VoD), Dynamic Ad Insertion (DAI), Live Streaming, and TV content and ad delivery. You will also consult with and support publishers using Google Ad Manager Video AdServing and yield management products, in order to ensure the best possible experience and outcomes for our partners.

Responsibilities
Deliver innovative and scalable solutions to strategic video publishers.
Perform implementation reviews, lead new product features, and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of technical challenges.
Assist clients in the adoption of new products via upgrades and migrations to develop their long-term success.
Work hand in hand with Product Management and Product Engineering to develop proofs of concepts that solve for untapped market needs, and turn these proofs of concepts into viable products.
