Position Description: We are now looking to recruit an Account Handler to work in our offices in Dubai. Manage all receivables aspect related to the assigned portfolio which includes but not limited to: Broker follow up, receipting of cash, follow up on queries resolution with the relative branch/profit center/BDM/ etc. and ensure that the receivables system is updated frequently and accurately. Additional key responsibilities: - Maintain the necessary relation with the clients/brokers and ensure outstanding premium is collected within the agreed credit limits given by the company. - Manage cash items on a timely basis and within guidelines set via Goal’s &Objectives to ensure all general operational standards are being met and cash is properly receipted and allocated in the system. - Review account entries on daily basis and forward/escalate issues to appropriate area for resolution through Live Ledger Category process. Co-ordinate the day to day resolution of account queries / issues through Profit Centre contacts and Champions and the Broker’s, assuming ownership of all entries through to final resolution. - Aim to resolve account issues on a timely basis prior to item becoming overdue. - Liaise with Brokers and Profit Centres to ensure all non-paid/outstanding items are resolved. - Escalate issues of non-compliance via Profit Centre and or Broker in execution of duties. - Ensure full accountability for the successful resolution of assigned queries further to escalation to Senior Management for resolution advice. - Respond to Internal / External Audit queries on time. Position Requirements: To be seriously considered for this role we will be looking for candidates have deomonstrated experience within the receivables funcation gained ideally the banking and finance industry. In addition to this we will look for the following: - Strong verbal and written communication skills with internal & external customers - Previous experience in the collection/receivables field within the insurance market - Advanced excel skills - Advanced understanding of reconciliation guidelines, financial accounting - Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines - Advanced knowledge of Excel including Pivots - Able to apply strong analytical skills and thought processes - Attention to detail and quality assurance - Liaise to deal effectively with people at all levels - Willingness to travel when necessary Due to the location of the role, preference will go to suitable, qualified UAE Nationals. We’re looking for an analytical Driver Engagement & Marketing Manager on our Marketplace team to provide data expertise as we improve the growth, retention, engagement, and brand affinity of the driver on the Uber platform.The right person for this role possesses a passion for improving techniques, processes, tracking, analytical insights and technology used by marketing to achieve our aggressive goals. This person will help address the complex challenges of experiment design, marketing effectiveness, contact strategy, ROI, driver behavior and channel effectiveness. As an early member of engagement marketing analytics, you will not only be able to shape the new team, but also help define the way marketing performance is calibrated and what questions should be asked. You’ll play a big part in finding opportunity fields to help the marketing function scale as we develop engagement and retention strategies. In addition to the analytical part, this role is about communicating Uber and the brand to the drivers. You should be a proven innovator and email expert, ready to build Uber email campaigns that can clearly communicate the value propositions you come up with to match our rapidly growing global brand.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Take data driven approach to plan, analyze and optimize driver activation, engagement and reactivation campaigns.Develop analytical frameworks and metrics to measure ongoing business performance, understand key drivers, improve campaign effectiveness.Create campaign performance dashboards to report key metrics with the ability to drill down by city and segment level performance.Identify actionable insights and recommendations to support strategic decision making.Use tools such as Excel and Tableau to work efficiently at scale.Develop email marketing strategies that engage millions of users across the globe.Set-up and deploy complex automated communications within ExactTarget, SendGrid and proprietary internal comms tools.Work closely with our policy, communications, product, and business development teams for strategic campaigns.WHAT YOU'LL NEED:3-6 years of analytical and database experience. Marketing analytics or consulting experience is a plus.Familiarity with CRM or some other form or database management.Experience with A/B testing.Strong SQL skills.Strong data visualization skills. Experience creating dashboard reporting in Tableau or a similar visualization tool a plus.Balance attention to detail with swift execution.Experience creating and sending large-scale email campaigns and strong knowledge of HTML / CSSHustle is essential, moving quickly and executing to allow for continual iteration is a core competency of our team.
