Description   Overview    Experian’s Business Information Services (BIS) Commercial Relations Agent works directly with small business owners to investigate commercial credit report disputes and provides complimentary reports when they are subjected to adverse action.  The Agent works with public record sources, trade data contributors and BIS internals to insure that a complete, objective and accurate credit report is delivered back to the business. The Agent handles inbound calls from business owners and principals, conducts all investigation work, creates a documented audit trail, and responds within 30 days. Commercial Relations Agents also support BIS resellers, sales and other internals in making corrections to the commercial database.   Role Supports business owners and principals via the Experian Commercial Relations toll free phone line Conducts investigations into business credit report disputes by confirming public record, trade data and verifying firmographic information Generates an audit trail document to support the investigation and final credit report presentation Qualify and deliver complimentary commercial credit reports to business owners and principals subjected to adverse actions Works with BIS resellers, Sales and other internals to investigate and correct data in the commercial database Insures investigations are completed according to service level agreements Responsibilities Handles inbound questions via phone from business principals requesting information on the dispute process and asking for investigation status Reviews and analyzes inbound emails and letters from business principals, BIS internals, resellers, trade contributors, legal representatives, and other sources to ensure proper prioritization and investigation actions are implemented Reviews and qualifies requests for complimentary commercial credit reports, insuring that the request is compliant with Commercial Relations policies. $40,000 to $60,000, An established distributor of commercial building products is seeking an outside sales representative for the KCMO Metro area.  We are a locally owned business that sells interior finish products to commercial drywall/ceiling contractors and general contractors.Our company carries the name brand products in the market.  We are the exclusive distributor for Rockfon/CMC ceiling systems.  The candidate will working with a construction lead service we provide to make sure our products are in the original spec.  The candidate will make architectural calls to educate them on what we carry as well as making sure our products are approved on projects that are bidding.  You will be working with existing customers as well as expanding the sales territory.  The sales professional will be working daily with sales manager as well as has having weekly sales meetings with staff. Our facility is located in the historical west bottoms.  We are open Monday-Friday 7-4:30.  The candidate will have their own office as well as work from home.  Our company offers a competitive compensation package:  base salary, commission plan, car, health insurance, 401k.We are looking for and individual who would like to learn our business and products and will enjoy building customer relationships.  The right candidate must have at least 2 years outside sales experience.  College degree preferred but not necessary based on experience, will train the right person.  If you are a motivated sales person that can plan their day and execute their plan please send us your resume.
