Base Salary: 100% Commission - SUMMARY: As an outside sales consultant, the Residential Sales Consultant will grow the customer base by selling security systems to homeowners; involves prospecting, cold calling and networking to find new business. The APP Supervisor will leverage the franchise, accelerate retail lead growth, improve safety compliance, and strive for operational excellence while reducing loss and, driving team performance in a professional and supportive environment.                                                         RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensures company vision and direction is communicated and executed in area. Identifies areas for development and creates action plans with clear objectives, deliverables, and timeliness for completion. Assist store in implementing the APP shrink reduction program. Promotes and adheres to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Operations Manual and Employee Handbook. Develops and ensures effective partnerships between APP, store Management and Human Resources to reduce loss in assigned store. Sets the example of providing a safe working environment by interacting with local law enforcement agencies and other retail security departments to gather information regarding loss. Promotes Burberry APP philosophy through established training and awareness programs through self-compliance. Partners with HR in a timely manner in addressing employee relations issues as both a management coach and employee advocate. Responsible for development of APP staff to successfully develop, motivate and supervise staff to achieve individual and company goals. Supports and coaches store manager to drive safety, POS, SAP and operational compliance and meet key performance indicators while reducing losses to increase profitability. Recruits, hires, trains and provides performance evaluation for APP staff in assigned area. Attends manager/store meetings and presents APP training that is store specific. Lead store to achieve key performance indicators such as assigned shrink goals, Audit Score goal, and safety audit compliance. Analyze profit and loss statements and trends to work with field management in creating and executing action plan to drive change.  Performs and directs investigations of possible theft/fraud activities through analysis of information received and when complete provide a risk assessment to identify areas that lead to the loss. Performs APP Assessment Audit as required and reviews issues with management. Ensures all required reports are submitted on time, completely and correctly. Ensures physical security measures are in good working order such as cameras and locks etc. PERSONAL PROFILE: Technical proficiency with MS applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other computer software (Internet, POS Systems, SAP). Cameras and EAS installations and operations.  A minimum of 2 years of APP retail experience as APP associate in a high volume environment. Conducted investigations into loss. Conducted/Supervised inventories in stores.
