WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH

You’ll work in our Lima office as part of our Latin America Recruiting Team and will support all stages of our candidate selection process.

 


QUALIFICATIONS

Enrolled in university degree program, ideally in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or related areasBasic business knowledge, fluent English, Excel and PowerPointStrong customer service orientationAbility to work collaboratively in teamsAbility to work on multiple projects at the same timeStrong relationship and communications skills Professionalism and demeanor to positively represent our firm
WHAT YOU'LL DO

You will support the consultant recruiting team throughout the recruiting life cycle, from attraction to on boarding. 

This includes responsibilities like helping to generate content for our social media channels, coordinating our recruiting calendar and supporting all event logistics, scheduling and communications.

You will help schedule interviews, check completeness of documents, compile feedback from interviews and enter data into our Application Tracking System (ATS). 

Moreover, you will manage recruiting-related processes, programs and tools (database management and maintenance), as well as perform a range of additional administrative tasks, providing assistance to the Recruiting Team where needed.
