The Toxic Beauty of Rising Stars

The Toxic Beauty of Rising Stars

6e19028f.jpgNature is the mother of fractals where shapes differ primarily in their scale. Fractal stars is a shape that has different scales and different meanings and even opposing meaning such as the Sunflower Sea Star. Sun and star exist in the same name and is it therefore possible to sea stars in the day? And what a predator star this is?

When a person shines and makes self-distinguished we say a rising star. Is it always good to be a star? Let us explore this question. We tend mostly to find marine species in seas. They are stars in the seas. Most of these marine species use their arms for aggression. Is becoming a human star indicative of similar behaviors where then hidden arms act viciously? Let us review few examples:

The toxic starfish. Being a toxic human star is observed as well. Instead of shining the world for others we make their life toxic. You may wish to view the linked video.

The school of stars. We talk about school of fish, but also, we may talk about the school of marine stars swimming in thousands together with synchronization. I include a screen shot so that the reader may understand better what I mean.

866bd008.png

Watching the video on “Mucky Secrets (full) - The Marine Creatures of the Lembeh Strait” will show many marine species with star shapes that show aggressive behaviors.

This video needs more than hour to watch in full, but it is worthy.

The feather sea star video is great to watch. Starry feathers that may cost our lives. Is this what is “toxic beauty” is? Do we humans tend to beautify ourselves to look as shinning stars to conceal our vicious intentions? We tend to see the same behavior in plants as well. Is this the fractal behavior existing everywhere regardless of time, space or being a human, marine or land species?

The plant called Sweet Gum hides aggression behind its beautiful five-pronged star shaped green leaves.

· But the high- quality behavior of some “stars” is their ability to regenerate the missing “arms” of their stars. They are self-renewing and this behavior shows agility and longevity at its best. This is a behavior that having a starry shape is welcome.

· Nature keeps providing us with new examples of starry-shaped species. One example is the star-shaped tomato discovered recently in Brazil has sticky hairs that end in a star-like formation. Another discovery is of star-shaped gasteroid fungus in Thailand. The discovery of “new stars” is an on-going activity such as the discovery of sand stars. Yes, sandy stars it is.

There are many more examples. However. One example that merits highlighting is the discovery of a star-like drug. The beauty of this discovery is that we use the arms of the drug to attack the predator superbugs from many sites at the same time and rip their walls apart. This is a great achievement and shall expand the discovery of more potent star-like drugs. We use the aggression of the stars to work against them by fighting them with the same strategy they use against us.

It is our choice to be poisonous stars, or stars to protect the needy. It is not enough to have arms that form a star; more important is to what purpose to use them.

Nice to see you back commenting dear Tausif Mundrawala. You again amaze me with your writing on "poisonous beauty". I have a draft almost on same topic. Yes, either we beautify the world or use beauty to trick others. But if somebody does this he/she should remember that the toxic environment he/she should remember that the environment retaliates and hits back. Instead of living like a flower among the garbage of our bad doings why not create a flowery garden? I concur with your comment in full. Thank you also for sharing the buzz.

"Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure" This quote is an idea for you to write a great buzz Fay Vietmeier. We either purify a crystal, or contaminate it. Even we may poison it. I know your choice, Fay.

I included the Thousand-Hand Bodhisattva video in my most recent buzz titled The Hidden Forces of Fractals: https://www.bebee.com/producer/@ali-anani/the-fractal-hidden-force Like you, I am still overwhelmed by the beauty of this video. I appreciate your thoughts and expanded reflection on the buzz.

@AliAnani~ Without question some "beauty" can be "toxic" ... you give good examples in nature ... This came to me as I was reading ... and again I'm going into the spiritual realm: ... the kind of "star" I would like to be is found in Philippians 2: Do everything without grumbling or arguing, so that you may become blameless and pure, “children of God without fault in a warped and crooked generation.” Then you will shine among them like stars in the sky as you hold firmly to the word of life." Thank you My fiend and I hope readers would click the link. One thought crossed my mind is that the authors are also the publishers of the book. Is this a good idea? I am sure this topic of self-publishing interests many readers as well.

Ali, here is one of the links to the numerous sites that recommend the book as a reference in the documentation on marine life, especially on opisthobranchs. https://opistobranquis.info/en/recursos/llibres-recomanats/opisthobranchs-of-the-adriatic-sea/ The book can only be purchased directly from the author.

Yes, deep see hides many secrets. It is considered to be the cradle of life on Earth. Ali, thanks for mentioning my husband's book. I appreciate it. As for the dance, there's a difference between the shape of sea stars such as the sunflower sea star and the fascinating arm and hand positions dancers form in the thousand-hands dance. According to legend, Bodhisattva also had a thousand heads. :) Thanks for sharing the link.

The comment here is about toxic people, whereas the Spurs buzz at https://www.bebee.com/producer/@cityvp/red-faced-tottenham is more to do with incompetence. The incompetence there being in having a football mindset vs an investment house mindset. There are no toxic relationships at Tottenham, just failing strategies whose objectives are not compatible with a unified club. Disunity is the problem at Tottenham right now but not distrust. Distrust is a leading indicator of a toxic culture - and the buzz here about the toxic starfish is more relevant to a culture of distrust rather than a culture of disunity.

Dear Lada 🏡 Prkic- A mi annoyed with your comment? No way, as to the opposite I a grateful for you for writing a great comment. You reminded me of a video that I decided to keep out of the buzz to keep it a little bit shorter. It is on human dancers forming starts as they dance. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lD7SBgLvjqY&t=145s I am very sure that you, Franci🐝Eugenia Hoffman, beBee Brand Ambassador and all my Indian readers shall love this video. You reminded me dear Lada of your husband's book on the marine animals that you covered in a beautiful buzz. I am sure there are many more examples in the book with sea stars that are unfamiliar to us. You see sometimes stars hide in deep seas! Your example simply expand fruitfully on the buzz and the comment is heartfelt.

Interesting analogy, indeed. I never thought about comparing see stars to humans. But from the biological point of view, it makes sense because humans and sea stars belong to the same group within Animalia - 𝐝𝐞𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬. Further, sea stars are predators, and humans are super-predators. The most amazing fact about sea stars is their ability to regenerate parts of its body that have been cut off. The same is with acorn worms with whom humans share 70% of genes. An acorn worm (also belong to deuterostomes) can regenerate even its nervous system and head. Perhaps human body regeneration will be solved in the future, as some scientists believe. I can't even imagine a world where humans will be able to regrow their body parts. Dear Ali, I hope you don't mind that my comment is a bit off-topic. :) Great subject and amazing videos about an extraordinary marine creature.

I forgot to link my previous comment with your comment here. I wanted to ask you if there is a "toxic player" hiding that stirs despair in the team. Is it the agents? Manjit- your comment here is very much pertinent to your buzz of today on the loss of Spurs. I am asking if your comment could be the same if you were to comment on your own buzz?

You were on my mind last night when Spurs lost to a much lower tier team of Colchester. What truth that is in such loss? How do we dare to predict the fractal of losing is only scaling up for Spurs? I mentioned in a previous comment on the loss of Spurs' previous game. Is there any logic left? Like unstable weather that is very difficult to predict, so is Spurs becoming..

The creature that looks benign but which packs a sharp toxic punch reminds me more of those people who stir the pot for others - getting their spikes into relationships to make them toxic, while the individual creating trouble for others sits serenely as if they have done nothing wrong.

Dear friend Roberto De la Cruz Utria- I really enjoyed your comment and the richness it adds to the buzz. I agree with every point in your comment. I may add that some people who know something that held true develop confirmation buzz. When new experiments contradicts their beliefs they tend to stick to them because this is what made them stars to begin with. I shall elaborate more and refer to your comment in my next buzz.

You touched my heart with your very kind comment. I am mainly touched by your last personal note. My friend- a star remains a star if it uses its multi-directional arms to halt a predator. However; looking like a star just to attract preys to suck them is another issue. A star lightens darkness; but some people who say they are stars, or others see them so might use their attraction to turn the days into suffering nights for their fans. You are spot on with your deep comment. I also thank you for your sharing of the buzz. You are too a star in poetry, and also in carrying good will for others and namely the needy ones.

if stars may have five points and one may move aggressively make its foray, we might fail to observe as an observer how the other points are actually making the star responsible for its aggressive trait. however, i guess, beauty lies on the eyes of the beholder, as well ugly too and despite beauty may maroon one, not able to see its adverse impact on the observer, proves that vision and admiration for beauty makes one blind, not literally, but at least incapable to judge the both side of a coin. excellent buzz sir Ali 🐝 Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee! enjoyed read and shared. thank you very much for the buzz sir and most importantly it is needed to mention that despite you are a 'star' in Bee, you lack the intention as well trait of a predator which is absolutely fascinating.
