Washing Out Old Beliefs and Habits

Washing Out Old Beliefs and Habits

“A

The worst feeling is when
something is killing you
inside, and you have to act
like you don't care.

It is a sad fact that most pollutants are volatiles. Air currents carry them till they reach water in a cold zone and the volatile settle in water. The two important elements of healthy living air and water contaminate each other. Being in the cold, the breakdown of harmful volatiles by bacteria or heat generated from sunlight. The harm becomes persistent.

It is unfortunate that harmful human ideas are volatile and they get carried from hot enthusiasts and settle in the waters of cold recipients. History is filled with inherited examples. Take enmity of one race to another race and how polluting these ideas are. They aren't restricted by space or time and migrate without a need for a passport from one region to another and one generation to another. Once these ideas settle in the cold regions of minds they become shielded from the sunlight of truth or the activity of digesting enzyme. They settle and become persistent to deal with.

It is interesting that the human brain is made up of about 75 percent water" and then "The human brain is the fattest organ in the body and may consists of at least 60 percent fat. Water and fat are the main constituents of the human brain. It is we who are responsible for contaminating this water with negative habits, attitudes, feelings and actions. This is kind of generating pollution inside our brains.

We have two possible strategies to work together. To change our negativity to positivity and get rid of pollutants before they become problematic and affect our lives. Like emulsions of fats in oil which help us get rid of dirt we may wash bad habits and negative thinking. We have already water and fat in our brains. Trees show us how to do this. The wax that tree covers their leaves with generates soap with the waters of rain. You may see self-cleaning soap bubbles on leaves. You may have heard also of The Lotus Effect. Dirt particles are picked up by water droplets due to the micro- and nanoscopic structure on the surface of certain plant leaves, which minimizes the droplet's adhesion to the leaves.

It just amazes me pondering on soap bubbles and Mandelbrot strange attractor. If we just inspect their structure similarity. Is Mandelbrot strange attractor a symbol of cleanliness and beauty? Does this offer a new strategy to deal with negativity by producing fractals that are soapy and so are self-cleaning?

8341e64b.jpg

It is our negative thinking that creates only the dark part of the Mandelbrot fractal? It is on the edge of this fractal strange attractor that soap forms with its brilliant colors. We need to brighten our lives with colorful and cheerful thinking so that we may not pollute our brains and enjoy their cleanness.

I agree with debasish majumder and I steal his image in a clean way by admitting publicly my theft. However; this image serves the purpose of this buzz. To care positively is to keep your mind clean and almost free of pollution.

An enriching , intriguing buzz Thank you for taking us on yet another journey dear Ali Anani We need to brighten our lives with colorful and cheerful thinking so that we may not pollute our brains and enjoy their cleanness." This is like a commandment we need to add to daily life dear Ali Anani. I love what Sara says here "If we can self-reflect and ask ourselves if the belief we hold is ours or exists as a result of contact with a contaminant, then we can look at reframing the negative into positive " Self-reflection,self-awareness and self-consciousness is the most important triad here to avoid self-contamination. Sara I agree that in every way, we can protect ourselves externally from getting contaminated "if we choose to" by using the above traid and avoid the contact from taking place. or if the contact is unavoidable then use the soapy Deb I also do the same thing sometimes to get a negative feeling/thought/vibes away I have a shower so thats not weird then is it LOL " Having a shower in the morning to clean the inside and the outside is indeed a good practice " :) A conscious intention I just love the sound and depth of these two words. Which on its own can blossom into a new buzz.

Dear Mohmed Mohammed Sultan- my appology first for not seeing your great comment earlier. I only noticed it because I received notification of previous comment. You have strongly valid point and your strategy "To avoid wasting time with our clients,we have also learned to avoid cleaning their negative thoughts, but instead help them to shed them out" makes a lot of sense. Having an alternative strategy is a form of being resilient in my view. As you know not all cleaning agents are equal- some may penetrate the fabric and so if we don't have it then your strategy becomes even stronger and more pertinent.

I love your comment Harvey Lloyd and it fills me with energy. I wrote a presentation on Clean Your Mind Cache and it resonates with your comment and in what your wrote "Our brains have become the battlefield of right and wrong". Soon, I shall convert it to a buzz and dedicate it to you. You really put my mind in peace.

Your wisdom abounds. Our brains have become the battlefield of right and wrong. This mashup seems to divide us and nature does provide the solution, if only we would listen. Thank you for your thoughts and sematry of life on plant earth. Thought provoking.

Love the concept of ' "a new strategy to deal with negativity by producing fractals that are soapy and so are self-cleaning" Can this new strategy be implemented by training the brain to first identify the negativity and then implement a counter force of positiveness that recruits the fractals you suggest?

Ali Anani

Dear - first, I am so happy because you extracted my mind and wrote exactly why I wrote this buzz to start with. I am now working on the extension of this buzz and addressing in it why we need to have this colorful thinking. For now, I am titling the buss "Thinking on the Edge". Why on the edge? And how to stay on the edge? It is a challenging buzz, but your lovely and insightful comment urges me to go ahead with it. Thank you my friend.

If we set standards only dear David Navarro L\u00f3pez. For example, when we say acidic, basic or neutral we agree that Ph of 7 is neutral and the lower Ph is than 7, the more acidic solution we have. The opposite up to Ph 14 the more alkaline solution is.

Aboveall, i need to say that your presentation Clean yourmind cache had many views, but i am sure it would have much more and better comments here at bebee. Would not be a good idea to rewrite it at producer and publish here? Concerning to the current post, a questioncomes to my mind. Who or what decides an element is (or is not) contaminant? let me put a rough example. Racism could be a contaminant, unless you belong to KKK. The very act of cleaning could be as well a contaminant, if the criteria is wrong. And then again, what is right and what is wrong?

Dear Sara Jacobovici to read one of my most read presentations Clean Your MInd Cache. Believe me, it is only your comments that reminded me of this presentation and its relevance. You shall be inspired and you shall then even inspire me more. I wish I could answer your questions Sara, but together we may do http://www.slideshare.net/hudali15/clean-your-mind-cache

Dear sister Irene Hackett- so deep your questions are that I am still bewildered by them. I am still pondering on them. When I decided to write more about the tree as a metaphor for life I had few ideas, but now I have more ideas and many more questions. I can tell you I find myself wondering in new forests that I have never imagined its beauty with lots more to discover. Now, you ask new questions and I have to think deeper to find the new fruits . I have the keys and locks, but which key belongs to what lock? I shall share whatever I discover.

“It is we who are responsible for contaminating this water with negative habits, attitudes, feelings and actions. This is kind of generating pollution inside our brains.” Well said Ali Anani. You made me think of how smokers are shown x-rays of their lungs to “shock” them into stopping to smoke. It’s a shame we can’t see what our brain looks like after we have polluted it. What stands out for me is that when we contaminate something, contact needs to take place. In a way, we can protect ourselves externally from getting contaminated, but what needs to take place internally? How do we stop contact from taking place? One way is self-awareness of the contaminants we hold and possess. Usually these stem from our belief systems. If we can self-reflect and ask ourselves if the belief we hold is ours or exists as a result of contact with a contaminant, then we can look at reframing the negative into positive. What I find interesting is that I have always said that everything serves a purpose, yet, when it comes to negative thinking, I am finding it hard to see what purpose it can serve. The only thing I can think of is that the individual can potentially bond with other negative thinkers, in this way, the individual is part of a community. Then we see the phenomenon of the community potentially contaminating the area in which it exists. What a vicious cycle. Now I will stop and re read your Buzz Dr. Ali and think about Irene Hackett’s questions.

First, I want to thank you dear debasish majumder for our tolerance to steal your image, which enriched the buzz. Again, I wish to thank you for your lovely comment and in particular your reference to the human eye. In fact just wash the watery eyes with soap and have them cleaned. May be this is what we need to do with the mind-eye.
