Sorry HR, but YOU SUCK!!!!

Sorry HR, but YOU SUCK!!!!This will not be a long post. I just want to start a dialog about the way corporations, and more specifically their HR departments are treating people nowadays.

So my goal for this article is to have an open discussion about the current wave of people not only in Human Resources put in the corporate world, in general, treating their former, present and even their future employees like crap. Don't believe me? Here is a website you should go to https://www.jobcase.com/conversations/. In this link, you can read stories about companies and HR's doing just that. You can read all about how people are afraid that they will get fired if tell about the co-worker that is treating and following people home because they don't like them. Or the person that took a supervisor's job and STILL has not been compensated for it.

This happens a lot in job searches too. I know that you will tell me that you get hundreds and hundreds of resumes a day. Yet not all of those job applicants follow up with you, and yet you can't call them back, and a lot of people in the corporate world don't know how to use the reply button in an email. Or you interview them and don't call them back to let them know that you went with someone else. I hate to tell you guys this, but I can guarantee you that most of the people that apply or interview with you where you're customers first. Now I have had this happen to me in my job search. I can tell you there are some people that I have interviewed with that I will never come back to their stores, companies, etc. Ohh, yes it's that bad.

So like I said I want to keep this article short. I want to do that because I have some questions for you, and I want every CEO, board member, HR director, and HR staff to address these issues.

1)Why do you condone this behavior?

2)Why do you hire people that don't know how to handle conflict?

3)Do you want to be treated this way? If so, Why?

4)Why do you think that your company isn't doing things like this?

Please let me know in the comment section. Like I said. I'm just trying to find out why you are hiring people that treat you potential hires like this?

Thank you!!!!
