Why I've Started the B2B Bloggers Network (for B2B Bloggers)

I have been on LinkedIn for 12 years and Twitter for 8 years. Lately, it's a struggle for me and other bloggers to gain visibility on LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter. Organic reach is way down, content is not distributed to everyone in your network, and, in Linkedin groups, notification of new content is non-existent. Not even announcements from groups are being distributed in all groups.  

Earlier today, I posted a new blog post called Personal Reflections of a LinkedIn Group Owner and Manager.

I went to church, spend the day relaxing, and just checked in. Already, in 8 hours, over 800 people have seen my post. You have to struggle to get even 100 viewers organically on LinkedIn, Facebook, or Twitter.

So I am sold on beBee. Now in addition to the B2B Bloggers Network on LinkedIn and Facebook, our hive is ready to buzz. 

The B2B Bloggers Network Hive is a place where bloggers can:

  • share their posts with other B2B bloggers
  • discover great content from other bloggers to share with their networks
  • post content from their B2B websites to help boost traffic


This hive is just for B2B bloggers as we face significant challenges. Often, the decision makers for our services and products are not very active on social media and we need to go through several tiers of interaction to reach decision makers.

To deal with the challenges of organic reach, fashion, beauty, recipe, and mom and tot bloggers have formed communities on Facebook to share their content and support each other through "Likes", Comments, Re-tweets, and other shares. The challenge for corporate bloggers and business-to-business (B2B) bloggers with content geared towards the corporate sector is that they can't exactly tweet about diapers from their business accounts. The blog groups are very effective but in many instances they require 100% reciprocation.

Anne has taken the basics, what is effective about the Facebook blog support groups and come up with a more flexible approach that is a better fit for the business sector.
