Shows Worth Watching While In Quarantine

We’ve almost made it through a month of quarantine, and you probably can’t bring your self to find out if Carol Baskin’s killed her husband or not. So, with that said, you may be at a loss trying to figure out what shows are worth watching next after you feel like you might have binged all that you can think of, but maybe, this list will include a few that you have not yet.

Motherland: Fort Salem

An interesting take on a supernatural series, Fort Salem follows three female protagonists on a mission to stop the antagonist group, The Spree. Set in an alternate reality where witches have been helping to fight wars for over 300 years. The Witches are now apart of a sect of the U.S. Army. With only five episodes under its belt, this show is sure to keep you busy for a few weeks.

A Handmaids Tale

This utilitarian drama based on the Margret Atwood book has three seasons out that have captivated viewers worldwide. The story follows Offred or, as later known in the series June in her journey in the dark world of Gilead. The Hulu drama keeps you on your toes with an intricate storyline and even better acting. If you haven’t watched this series, I highly recommend you do.

Law and Order Special Victims Unit

A series with plenty of episodes under its belt, follow Detective Benson and Detective Stabler on their mission to right the wrongs of the special victims unit. With 470 events and counting, this show is sure to keep you entertained until the quarantine is over and then some.

Star Trek: Picard

If you were a Treky during the first seasons, you’re going to love Picard. Picking up 20 years after Star Trek: Nemesis, Picard is devastated by the death of Data and the destruction of the planet Romulus (Previously noted in the 2009 Startrek film). Rejoin Patrick Stewart in his infamous role as Jean-Luc Picard.
