Emeri Gent

My favourite exploration online was via the expression "Emeri Gent" which is my way of naming EMERGENCE, while also noting the initial of my first name e.g. "M".  It is also the way Marshall Mathers chose the name Eminem i.e. his initials MM.  I wanted to experiment with back then a new discussion platform called DISQUS.  This also led me for a small time to become a part of the AVC community which is the community that is led by Venture Capitalist Fred Wilson. That community was incredible but my goals was not to join the AVC community, it was to explore blogs using the Disqus platform - to write my blogs as comments.

Since Emeri Gent was about emergence, it was always centered around an association with complexity and complex adaptive systems.  Here at BeBee, Ali Anani and Milos Djukic are great supporters of thinking related to fractals and whole systems.  I feel very comfortable in those discussions and now as I explore Violet Intelligence, it continues to be about Integral Intelligence, but far more than just complexity science.  It is anything to do with change and the future and also design thinking and innovation.
