Our VP of Membership delivers his talk to our club on Saturday about his health strategy called "Intermittent Fasting". While some students from the faith of Islam are fasting to observe Ramadan, Daniel Anupol will be talking about his experience with a pattern of eating and health lifestyle called "Intermittent Fasting". I am curious because I have not heard of that before.
