ANGER BUDDIES
"Take the most painful things that have ever happened in your life and turn them into your greatest teachers."
Dr. Wayne Dyer
A series of group conversations with Cyndi Wilkins & Deb Helfrich https://www.insightsoccur.com/anger-buddies
"Learn how to make fertilizer when life keeps shoveling crap at you" (I would have said shit, but Deb is much more polite)
No doubt about it. We don't have any clue about how to express anger effectively. Join us for a series of "playdates" based on allowing us to express anger. Learn by participating in how to really let anger flow through us, so that we each feel empowered to calmly voice and release exactly what we feel, what we want, and how we are willing to negotiate. We truly can PLAY WITH FIRE and not get burned;-)
The most important part is to always end with humor. Laughter. Feeling light and ready to move forward.

I would love to run the hills with you ...Even move a few mountains! But kick boxing can work too...whatever moves you;-) Movement is a key component of the "integration" process...Without it, we just continue treading water and that gets exhausting...

Anger expressed appropriately really can create great works of art Kenneth Mumford!...The focus here is to clean out those musty old closets in our psyches and make way for a new you to emerge...Playing with fire can be fun if you do it safely...and preferably with a friend who has your back;-)

Totally okay to be angry Pascal Derrien...In fact, expressing it effectively is essential to our health and safety....Anger ignites that creative fire within and really gets the juices flowin'...I know for me it can really serve as that kick ass motivator to get the things done that I may have been procrastinating on...Unlike fear, that causes me to react and retreat...I agree with what Max was saying about how we use anger as a shield against pain and fear...In it's most intense form...it is love...misunderstood. Think..."Beauty and The Beast."

I can relate to what you are saying here Brian McKenzie...Shoot before you get shot. I was never one to run from a good fight...Problem is, I never learned HOW to have a GOOD fight...There's a difference...One is active and one id RE-active...That's the shift we are attempting to make here... In a fun way;-)

..." Step into and explain it to yourself while in that state and then spiral out backward looking in at yourself and think of it as someone explaining it to you and then act accordingly." That is essentially what the intention of these exercises (or exorcism) is Max...Except we are reflecting back on what has already occurred in an effort to "clear" that space in our psyche to create a blank canvas for each new brush stroke. It is quite like unraveling the past to create a new future;-) We playfully take it a step beyond the conversation;-)
