LEADERSHIP IMBROGLIO!

Who are leaders?

Who leads from the front?

I wonder what capacity they hold

For which we appreciate them and behold?


They only obsessed for their goals

They are only focused for their aspirations and incentives for them to uphold

Are they true leaders?

Who only work for generating revenues, brazen pleaders?


True leaders are they

Who possess unique qualities with gay

They are like free atoms

With electrons being stimulated and continuously change orbit with emission of photons

And produce a systemic hyperbole

Lovely music it produce, we are bemused by its unique role

With a lovely glow

It is leader who possess such enigmatic blow

Driving mass out of its charismatic role

Making a lovely hue

In the available milieu

Yet, we cannot rule out it is the topography

It regulates its mystic role in a grand symphony!


Thus, leaders promote a thrust with momentum and overbearing dictum

Initiate change in the environ by virtue of envision and innovation

They are truly instrumental to bring change in the entire spectrum

Myriad colors they disperse out of their prism of quantum

True leaders are a genuine axiom

Induce many to follow without any quandary to their realm

Profuse may follow out of their stunning gesture

Paving many to thrive with due stature

Leaders are the unique version for civilization to accelerate

They are the only axle which enables mankind to rotate!

The title is a pretty good introduction to the topic of Lead Our Sheep, some home truths as you often do, I wonder who are the true leaders, for me it is certainly not the like of Steve Jobs and all that clique they are great industry bosses I give you that but as far as leadership is concerned they leave me cold....

So true that leaders "only obsessed for their goals" are false -true leaders are one with followers and allow them to produce "lovely music" and "myriad colors" -that which starts with humility and gratitude can flow like a river.
