INTRODUCTION TO 5 MEETING LEADERS HANDBOOK

INTRODUCTION TO 5 MEETING LEADERS HANDBOOK

Jesus said:

But go ye and learn what [that] meaneth, I will have mercy, and not sacrifice:

for I am not come to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance.

Matthew 9:13 [1898 Young’s Literal translation]

Everything that follows in these handbooks must be considered in the light of the above scripture, and it would do well to remember that Christians also commit sin the word being derived from the term ‘hamartia’ which is an archery term meaning to miss the mark as we mature and grow..

Having experienced mercy which is the goal that Jesus wants; it will be our joy to do the spiritual sacrifices detailed in the handbooks.

Deuteronomy 7:9

`And thou hast known that Jehovah thy God He is God, the faithful God, keeping the covenant, and the kindness, to those loving

Romans 8:28

Walk in love, even as Messiah also loved you, and gave himself up for us, an offering and a sacrifice to God for a sweet-smelling fragrance

[Matthew Henry’s Concise Commentary]

The reason the Son of God was made manifest (visible) was to undo (destroy, loosen and dissolve) the works the devil has done.

1 John 3:8b [Amplified Bible]

Every time one comes across these numbers in the Bible; they have exactly the same context and meaning. We will deal only the first 5 meanings.
