Today's positive thoughts: What I've done to improve my positive mood
I’m very positive today. And I hope my readers will be the same if they are not right now. (Still searching... like some server... to stay positive in your journey?)
Simple exercises helping me every time to become and remain positive
If my thought is ‘I should have done X’ or ‘I should not have done Y’, I would replace with:
- Take positive from "X" and "Y"
- I acted at least!
- It is not the time for conclusion
I drawn a table: in the left column what I said to myself (e.g. ‘I should not have done X…’) and in the right column at least three alternative thoughts I can substitute, for a constructive approach.
