Embrace your true potential as entrepreneurs.

Inspiring Women are a Celebration to the World Every Single Day.

Women around the world are empowering themselves with learning. They’re using various platforms to make a difference in their own lives and in the lives of other people.

To all the women in the world who embrace or encourage the mantra to

“Be Able,” I say to you: Every day is the day I celebrate you!

Inspired by the response to my article, 2018 Challenges for Women Entrepreneurs and How to Overcome Them, I initiated this series called How to grow as an entrepreneur?

Inspiring Women show the value of extending a helping hand to others. Support fellow women to rise together rather than looking at them as rivals and are instrumental in building positivity and in establishing the Golden Era of Women Entrepreneurship.

I am talking to Leading and Inspiring Women all over the world to Raise Awareness among Women; Asking them if they are ready to Pass the baton on to aspiring entrepreneurs!

Women need to support and mentor each other for the betterment of our society.

We all know if a Women is empowered her whole community is empowered.

“Women need mentors because we need support to stand in our power. Mentors provide a mirror for our strengths and offer guidance toward creating the future we want,” said Carin Rockind, a happiness and life-purpose expert.

Today I interview Best-Selling Author: The 7 Intuitive Laws of Employee Loyalty at Customer Fanatix — Heather R. Younger, J.D.

Heather, Founder & CEO at Customer Fanatix, is a culture, employee engagement and leadership consultant, trainer, coach and speaker with proven expertise in building Voice of the Employee cultures and acting as catalyst for cultural & process improvements.

Her best-selling book, The 7 Intuitive Laws of Employee Loyalty, is a guidebook for leaders to improve employee engagement and loyalty. Heather truly believes that the fastest way to transform customer experience is to transform organizational culture. Her mission is to help organizations give their employees what they want so that those same organizations get what they want in the form of engagement and retention. She loves spending time with her kids and infact learns alot from them.

Thank you Heather for being a part of this entrepreneur series.

This series is about raising awareness among Women enabling them to take the entrepreneur baton in their hands.

1. Do you agree the baton needs to be passed on and why?
I think that it is important to support one another in our adventure of life. It is hard enough venturing out on our own. Having the support of women around us makes all the difference.

2. What helped you kickstart this entrepreneur journey?
About 4 years ago, I experienced a layoff.

It was my first, and it was painful. In the process leading up to the lay-off, I realized my true purpose. That layoff was just a catalyst for me to take a risk on myself. It also helped that I published my first book too. I needed the flexibility to do what I loved.

3. What is the common internal and external factor that hold women back from embarking this journey?
I think that fear of failure is what stops most. For me, I have been more afraid of success.

I have 4 children, ages 7–14, and I have always thought that success would completely take over my life. I thought it would take me away from my children too often. Then, I decided that I control what all of this looks like. I don’t have to let my work life take me over. Often, when we change our minds, we change our reality.

4. What’s your advice to aspiring entrepreneurs on not missing out on promising opportunities?

Don’t wait until everything is perfect. There will never be a perfect time to take the leap. Seizing the opportunity to live out your gifts and talents is of prime importance. None of us is promised tomorrow.

5. Why are you getting out of bed in the morning?
There is nothing like getting out of bed for yourself and your family and not for some other organization. I get out of bet to build something, a legacy. I love the work I do with organizational leaders and their teams. I am quite privileged to do what I was called to do.

6. How do you learn new things? How do you keep your knowledge up to date?
I read a lot. I listen to podcasts, I get new certifications and renew my understanding of the new. I also learn a lot from my four children. It is amazing what they teach me.

7. What do you do when you’re not at work?

I love hanging out with my children. They make me become like a kid again. I loosen up around them and operate without timelines, calendars and pressure. I also enjoy being active at my parish. I feel like serving others is the best way to express my gifts.

8. Women need to tap into what we’re good at and what makes us feel great. How’d you suggest we do that?
I think that we all know what we are passionate about deep down. Taking time to meditate on it and spend time with ourselves is key. Also, listen to your friends and family who know you well. They can be great encouragers and help us move toward our greatness. Finally, I suggest hiring a life coach to help clarify personal vision and goals.

9. Who are the most influential women in your life and Why?
My mother is the most influential woman in my life. She taught me the benefit of hard work. She taught me fundamental values and how to treat people. Her strength still guides me.

10. Last question here, please tell us one book that changed the way you looked at things in life along with your No:1 favourite quote.

“Who Moved My Cheese” is a simple yet powerful book. It affected how I view my response to change. While I am still a work in progress, I strive to be change agent and be more flexible in the face of change.

My favorite quote is: “Be the change you seek in this world.”

There’s so much to take away from this interview. The truth is

Once you believe in yourself and what your putting forward to the world, people will believe in you.

Thank you for reading this article I look forward to your comments on this series for Women Entrepreneurs. Follow me and subscribe to my blog to read more.

We can all form our own support groups to help each other shine. Are you ready to pass the baton?

Thank you dear Ali \ud83d\udc1d Anani, Brand Ambassador @beBee This series applies to everyone who is looking for the push and inspiration men and women alike. Even I love the quote "Don’t wait until everything is perfect. There will never be a perfect time to take the leap". This is the biggest lesson learnt here

Delightfully you continue with your inspirational episodes . This interview with @Heather R. Younger, J.D. is so rich. Heather's short answers are deep and concise. I picked the following as my gem of today "Don’t wait until everything is perfect. There will never be a perfect time to take the leap". This is true. Complex systems look for solutions that work to move on and not for perfect solutions. Even this interview is addressed to women it is equally extensible to men.
