How AI marketing can help brands right now | Infographic

Giants like Netflix, YouTube are using Artificial Intelligence effectively in their businesses to engage a higher number of viewers. They have included the feature of “recommendations” where they give suggestions to the viewers about what they can watch.

Whenever a user goes to these platforms to watch any video, the one problem that occurs more than often is “what should I watch?” By using AI to evaluate the viewing history of users, and providing them with suggestions based on that, the users are released from facing that trouble, and that retains them towards the video streaming platform for a longer duration.

Netflix also has the feature of a bot, that works and converses exactly like a human would. The bot gives suggestions to the users using their choice of genre. This instant response feature is liked by the users as any queries they might have, are answered by the bot. The accuracy of these bots is very high, given how thoroughly they analyze the data of the users before reaching a conclusion.

Because of this high retention, app development companies want to create more apps with Artificial Intelligence, so that they can enhance their success rate as well.

Check out this infographic blog to know more about how brands are making use of Artificial Intelligence!
