Queen bees: How do I get a VIP flag on beBee ?

We changed the old "VIP" manual status on beBee  to a new automatic one: "Queen Bee". We will place a bee icon on your profile soon. At this time, you will see a VIP flag but we will be replacing it by a Bee icon.

How do I get this status ?

It is already an automatic flag. You can become a Queen Bee if you are very active on the platform. You will lose it if you are not active enough on the platform. It is not a permanent status.


What can I do to become a Queen Bee and get more visibility ?

1.- Produce Honey: Write Stories on beBee:   long articles are more visible on beBee.

2.- Engage with our bees: Comment on their stories. Share their stories through Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter.

3.- Fill out your professional profile:  Add all your main social networks to your beBee profile.

 

What Is Social Media Engagement & Why Should I Care?

By now, you know social media can work in your favor, but the problem depends on how well you’re using these tools to create authentic social interactions and engagement. When you think about social media engagement, it’s smart to break it down into something tangible, such as a long-term relationship. In this example, you can imagine a committed and lengthy relationship takes dedication, readiness to adapt, the ability to think about the future and ensure the other person involved is happy for years to come. Engagement is not just a single interaction with anybody, but a open and positive line of communication over a period of time.

Respond to the good in people.  If we think about what motivates people and what their interests are, we can respond to them in ways that show we are respectful and wanting to work with them.

The continual conversations and negotiations between people lead to them telling stories about the past, present and future. Stories are powerful and both shape those who tell them and are themselves shaped by the storytellers.

VIP status is a data analytics key triggered feature based on metrics. I am sure you can achieve the VIP goal, for this you need to remote your content of quality on other socialmedias as well on beBee. Find the appropriate and relevant HIVES/community and share on three of them, develop your peers network and ask them to relay your actions and sharing contents> Do the same for them. Stiil stucked? Javier \ud83d\udc1d beBeeI saw it works, i have one VIP tag icon hanging aside my beBee profile. It is a very fascinating piece of accomplished you created here guys. I guess you already pictured out that i was a great fan of it. It is so funny to see that with less than 100 followers on beBee, my ''honey" and posts are viewed x 20 to x 300 times more here on Hives (Affinity networks powered) , than on Linkedin Pulse (5.5K followers). So visbility isn't about quantity, it is about affinity. Data and facts never lie!

Cool Feature, does it Stand for a Flag when we hits some specific metrics ( how are they defined? I mean on a scalable POV) Javier \ud83d\udc1d beBee . I am asking this because i am doin side research on people dynamics automation that are really going into the way people will use and produce contents on Social Medias. Ali Anani any beBee employee or any ambassador can lose this flag. It a automatic flag. All our ambassadors should have it. If they were chosen as ambassadors and they are not active enough to get this flag, probably we keep them because they promote beBee off-platform ! Ambassadorship is also a non permanent right.

Just being on beBee is a honorable status on its own. To have a queen icon adds to this honor. I have a question Javier \ud83d\udc1d beBee- are ambassadors eligible for this queen icon? You said it right "You will lose it if you are not active enough on the platform. It is not a permanent status". Will losing the queen icon affect the ambassador status, or is it a permanent one? II believe these two stats are earned and both should be revised regularly. How many bees deserve the queen icon? May be as many as hives because there is only one queen in a hive.
