My view is that the recruitment market needs to focus on passive candidates , active candidates are actually active in maintaining their dataset across multiple platforms so I think the Profede USP is attractive but not unique, to me your main challenge is to attract in house company recruiters not agencies or candidates to a certain extent now obviously beBee can help in achieving this but the reach is limited geographically at the moment.
