My name is Kelly Caufield and I reside in Boise, Idaho USA.
Let's see...I love a lot of life, perhaps too much, which is why I need to chill on adding more and more onto my bucket list; need to catch up. ;) I'm a pained lover of the arts; you'll usually find me wrapped within a major project that was inspired by something such as, well, a T.V. commercial.
I also love to read and my favorite genre(s) would have to be a toss between historical and self-help books. I too, am a writer. I have loved writing ever since I was a youngster. I'm currently working on my first book which is a self-help book; haa, go figure.
I am found to be at my utmost best when I am one with nature. For in this environment is where my ideas thrive and creativity is ignited. Plus, it's quiet so I can collect my thoughts without any stress factors or idiocrisy.
I am oftentimes, cloaked in conundrum over the audacious acts of our fellow man. For a few examples; animal and human cruelty, our government, our President to include the people who voted for him and parents whom cannot teach their children discipline & respect, etc. At what point, on God's green Earth, did our world go awry? It's sad to me that we're taught so well how to hate and not to love.
In the book I'm writing, I pose the question, "Is it possible to love to much, therefore making the pain of life's vicissitudes that much harder?" I wholeheartedly believe this to be true. We may be loving for the wrong reasons, perhaps our relationships are based on bias or we are simply; overly sensitive.
Lastly, I am an avid advocate/volunteer with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, as well as The American Cancer Society. I lost my father to acute myeloid leukemia on August 24th, 2016. This is how I can undoubtedly, k
