You who pity you while you suffer from nothing

what will happen to you if you come to be sick

The worst of the criminals on earth is the one

Who seeks death before the hour of death

You only see the thorns in the roses and you are blind

with the dew pearls that crown them

There is no heavier load on this earth

Whoever thinks that life is a hard weight to wear

He whose soul has no beauty

Do not see anything beautiful in existence

There is no worse woe than the one who finds bitter life

And who thinks that the pleasures are superfluous

Enjoy every morning while you're alive

And do not be afraid to see it disappear before you disappear

And if a worry disturbs your mind

Cease to maintain it so that it can not last long

Ask to enjoy life as birds

who, during the heat, seek a thick shading

Learn from nature, love nature

And leave to others the gossip
