A Little Girl's Magic.
Once upon a time in a far away land, a little girl was playing in a corner. She seemed to be alone. However that was so far from the truth. She always was surrounded by magic powers. In her mind she had a long list of desires. Screaming for attention. Her parents worked hard but always ran out of money. So many bills to pay. Their salaries were not so overwhelming. Everytime that she asked a new toy to play with, she got a 'no' for an answer. It made her sad. So very sad. She continued to play with her old dolls. Weeks passed by.
She spent most of the time alone. No sisters and brothers to fight with or to share the joy. There was no money left for her to go to school. She was forced to support her parents while working at home. Cooking, cleaning, etc. A sweet little girl in a small house. No bright future to look forward to. The magic powers could not stand it anymore. They organised a quick meeting. Invisible discussions. Courageous decisions made. The little girl noticed that in the room things changed. Something undefinable in the air.
She went to sleep. Her mother told her a bedtime story. She always did that. Told with love, that was the only thing that was not invoiced. The little girl listened carefully. Closed her eyes. The mother caressed her cheeks. Delightful mother daughter scene. The golden storybook left behind on the night table. The little girl was now alone in the room. Breathing in and out. Her body and mind getting ready for sleep. The magic powers activated. Just like that. She was invited to enter a bright new world. In her sleep she was awake.
The new scene was modeled in line with her deepest desires. The magic powers had everything planned. The little girl was joyfully dancing. All these presents. For her only. Her name in golden letters on all objects. As if it was Christmas. Her dress was so beautiful. The magic powers were touched. Deep in their special heart. Finally she had everything she always wanted. On the table she saw a box. She was curious and decided to open the box. Little girls want to know what is going on. With persistence. She touched the box. A letter fell down.
Luckily she could already read. She learned it from her father. The letter mentioned that she had to make a choice. A choice that would have huge consequences. She had to decide now if she wanted to keep all presents just for herself or return to her old world and bring the key to her parents so that the whole family would thrive. As she was not selfish, she knew what to do. She took the green key. The magic powers were excited. It was the right choice. Suddenly the world was transformed. The green key turned into a gecko. It showed the way. The little girl just followed it. No compass needed.
The gecko stopped walking and she saw her parents back. They were so happy to hug her. With pure love. The little girl wanted to tell what she had experienced but then she saw a miracle. Her old house had become a palace. Her parents were relaxed. There was so much abundance everywhere. The magic powers were giggling as naughty forces. Her room was full of toys and all what she loved so much. They say that when you make the right decision - based on love - the universe always keeps you on track. The reward comes in the end but the joy compensates it all.
