At The Heart Of The Matter

Love and attention. They matter. To a child as well as to an adult. We are born into this world with a pure heart. It beats with a divine rhythm, in balance with nature. When we get hurt, we tend to build a wall around our treasure and lose touch to our inner core. We drift away from who we truly are. All kind of distractions are welcome to keep us away from our essence. Some people start to control others, a few among us will begin to overthink, a group will choose activities that let them forget the world around them. The list of distractions is infinite. It does not matter you think? Well, it does matter. When we lose the connection to ourselves, we cannot really bond with others. There will be too much dust in between souls.

Therefore it is our responsiblity to reflect wisely and look inside our own heart. What can we do ourselves to put the walls down that we have created around our heart? We cannot change others but we can start by giving a good example ourselves. This will activate a wave of good vibes around us. Which feelings have we neglected or which feelings didn't we want to embrace? What pain is unsolved inside us? Let us finally honor all these feelings and give them the love and attention they deserve. Once this is done, our connection to ourselves will be repaired and healed and maybe we will attract different circumstances in life, perceive the world through new eyes and build true connections to others as well.

At the heart of the matter, we matter and each of us matters. We even consist of matter. We are all connected in one way or the other. Let's put every wall down that has been constructed against hurt, pain, loss and have faith again in a loving world. We are all the same. We all do our best. As long as we believe that we get more pain and hurt and keep our doors closed for love, love cannot reach us. We live in a universe that really loves us, let's honor this universe by showing that we are brave enough to feel that we are good as we are, and we will always be. If someone hurted us, it was only a form of energy that this person received and passed it on. It says nothing about us, nor our worth. 

Closing our heart is not the solution. Instead, let it fully open to let all the love in. Give it oxygen and sail away in the sea of love. If you only would be aware how beautiful the world is, you would immediately eliminate all your walls and live life and love to the fullest. Do not distract yourself from your true feelings. Give them time, listen to them with a loving heart and always remain true to your soul. Life is not dangerous. People are not evil. As long as you are true to yourself and your feelings, the universe will always have your back.
