How To Be An Eagle With A Sixth Sense

How To Be An Eagle With A Sixth Sense

A leader influences his or her team. That is a certainty. He or she radiates energy. Through his or her (un)seen thoughts, emotions, beliefs and actions. Energy can be positive or negative. We all know that energy is contagious. Without telling one word, just by entering the space where his or her team works, the leader sends out an energetic code. The key to open the door to success or failure. Negative energy creates illness, positive energy leads to more happiness.

The sound of musical harmony is always the better choice. It contributes to the well-being of each single living cell. We are all composed of a bundle of cells. Each day, these cells wait patiently for our higher command. Do we allow them to dance or do we sabotage their health and growth? It is a matter of taking responsibility for a nurturing and caring environment. A good leader has the awareness to choose well. Present in the moment.

Harmonious leadership can be reached through:

1) A strong win-win mentality

The leader is not better than the others members of his or her team. Each person has a different skill set but there is no comparison to make. There is no good or bad. The role of the leader is foreseen for the person with the skillset that matches the leadership role best. He or she serves the organisation and the team. Togetherness creates the best results.

2) Openness to external voices

A good leader is open to the voices of his or her team members. There is value in every voice. When the eyes of the leader remain closed for the outer world, he or she might produce a fake sound. An eagle has the power to catch excellent food but this requires the capability to keep an excellent overview of the circumstances and analyse these well.

3) Empathy and compassion

Empathy and compassion are qualities that create miracles. It is only natural and human that emotions arise. These need to be understood. The team member must feel that he or she is not taken for granted. The leader is on their side. Each emotion is a messenger. It brings information to the surface. When this is decoded well, the team can positively change.

4) Courage to take good decisions

Decisions have a life span. There comes a moment that every leader has to decide which path to take. From there the path to success continues. Respectful decisions reflect the values of the organisation. The team members feel safer when their leader guides them well along the path of development. A brave leader takes risks but without damaging his or her team.

5) Sound energy management

Everyone is accountable for his or her own energy balance. Do not create energetic debt. It will lead to more of the same. The leader sets the example first. He or she will make sure that he adds energetic value to his or her work environment. Healthy habits generate positive results. Destructive habits stop growth. Let the good energy flow. That is natural.

6) Willingness to leave a legacy

A leader's role is not forever. The leadership skill is. How would the leader like to be remembered when he or she looks back upon his or her life? Did he or she add love or hate to the world? Love creates always more love. Hate destroys everything. The ego mind is just an illusion. A selfish leader creates his own grave. With no visitors. In the end the good always wins. A good leader acts upon this wisdom.

How will you - as a leader - ensure that the music within the organisational walls leads to more joy and happiness? Will you create musical harmony or a terrible sound of chaos? The choice is yours. Always. The universal law of cause and effect will always be applied. Your energetic signature matters more than you think. Harmony is always the key to thrive from the inside out.
