Lady Love

Donna was her name. A wonderful woman. Always busy. Working hard. Christmas was approaching. She loved this time of the year. Cosy houses, candles burning. Presents around the Christmas tree. Happy children's eyes. Her smile was mysterious. Nobody could ever guess what she really was thinking or feeling. She was master of her fate. Heart wrapped. In silence. Total control. At least that was the impression she gave to her beloved ones and her direct peers. She did not miss a thing in her life. Not a thing. Really? She admitted to herself that she felt lonely now and then. She never had the opportunity to meet the man of her dreams. She accepted it. Chapter closed.

Her best friend at work knew her story. She mentioned Lady Love. A wise and old woman who had a special recipe to find true love. She lived in another town in a country far away. Donna's best friend decided to offer her a wellness weekend in a five star hotel nearby the hometown of Lady Love. A special present for Christmas. Not just like that. Donna supported her best friend when she went through a difficult divorce. Her best friend promised Donna to do something in return when the time was ready. This was the moment. This was it. Donna accepted her best friend's present with a gentle smile. She did not really believe in Lady Love. She decided to enjoy the journey to that mysterious place.

The hotel room was an eye catcher. Luxury. White towels. The bathroom invited Donna to forget life outside. The water was running, slowly. The music on. Candles around the bath tube. A glass of champagne. Chocolate. Donna was having the time of her life. Relaxation. No tension. Truly blessed. She enjoyed the warmth. Skin deep. Silk sheets. Super sweet. She loved the bed. Her legs and arms were covered. She felt wonderful. The first night in the hotel. She noticed how her eyes closed. Remained closed. Soon after that she was in a deep sleep. Lady Love observed Donna's presence. Donna was not alone in the room.

Lady Love sensed the energy of Donna. Scanning. Into the finest details. Donna's heart was in the spotlights. Lady Love was wearing a white dress. Elegant. Long and beautiful. Donna was sleeping with a smile on her face. Lady Love took her book of love and walked through the first chapters. Suddenly the book decided to take a break. The pages seemed to be frozen. A perfume of roses entered the room. A crown appeared. Delivered by two golden swans. Their necks were united. For eternity. Divine romance. Lady Love took the crown and put it on the head of Donna. Donna's body was moving. Magic. Stars dancing around her body. Donna continued to sleep.

Lady Love talked to Donna's heart. Between the lines. Donna's heart was open. It shared her secrets. Her desires too. Her walls. Her experiences. Lady Love took a bottle and filled it with a substance produced by Donna's heart. The clock ticked seven times. Early morning. Lady Love collected all insights that she needed to support Donna in her quest. Within an instant - when Donna opened her eyes - Lady Love was gone. Like a thief in the night. No traces. No detective could ever find one clue. Donna felt different that morning. She was not really hungry. She called the hotel service and canceled breakfast. The taxi driver was waiting for her to bring her to Lady Love.

Lady Love was living in the forest. In a wooden house. She was expecting Donna. Donna knocked on the door. Lady Love waiting on the couch. A sweet black cat was sitting on her table. The bottle moved a bit. Creating smoke. Donna explained her situation. Lady Love watched Donna's heart. It was wildly dancing. Anticipating joy. Lady Love listening to every word. The whole story. Donna said that she did not really needed a man in her life. She was happy living on her own. Sometimes she wondered how it would be. Meeting the man of her dreams. Lady Love suggested a magnificent strategy. Only possible in a magic framework. The opportunity of a lifetime.

Lady Love told her to drink the magic formula. Captured by the bottle. Fitted for Donna's heart. When Donna would go to bed, she would dream about the right man for her. Lady Love explained her that she had to look for clues. The dream would reveal some of them. Donna accepted the assignment. She hugged Lady Love and went back to her hotel room. At night she looked at the bottle and turned it around. The substance looked like strawberry juice. Minutes later the dream took her far away. The magic event showed Donna everything what made her happy. Donna got insights in her subconscious part. Clues were clear. Donna was a good student. She understood the process.

Suddenly she felt a leg in her bed. Two legs. Two arms. A romantic gesture. A man whispering in her ears: "Sweetheart, good morning, your breakfast is ready". Donna was so happy. It was a year ago that she visited Lady Love. Since that time her life had shifted. Completely. The compass for true love was set. It all happened naturally. No hard work to do. The man of her dreams appeared in her life. Like spring and summer do. After winter. In the supermarket he was taking a bottle of milk. By coincidence it fell out of his hands. Donna saw it happening. She bowed and gave the bottle back to him. He smiled. Their eyes met. Electricity in the air. Hearts recognizing the vibes of a cosy and safe home.

Marriage in a stunning white dress. A golden crown. Lady Love was sitting behind all other guests. Invisible mark. The two golden swans beside her. The black cat moving her tail. The voice of Lady Love. Softly singing. A song of love. The bottle was empty. The scent of strawberries was in the air. Donna and her love looked at each other. The priest watched them. In silence. Eyes diving deep into each other's soul. Touched. Surrendering. At home. For good. Delicious soulmates. Lady Love prayed for the couple. She was sure. This was meant to be. Sacred union. The wind entered the church. Blowing gently. All guests felt that true happiness installed in the hearts of the couple. Diamonds. In the air. Love again.
