Little Red Riding Hood Tamed The Wolf

Little Red Riding Hood Tamed The Wolf

Here we go again. Little Red Riding Hood walked through the forest. She had a basket full of gifts to please her grandma that she loved so much. She was alone but brave, as usual. The scenery looked familiar. The story too, at first glimpse. But our little girl had grown much stronger now. She kept her innocence, but she had an inner wisdom that was so touching. The wolf tried to repeat his usual toxic patterns. He managed to gain the trust of the grandma. She was old and her sight was bad. She could not see his fakeness anymore. We forgive her at this point.

Our little lady approached the house of her grandma. The smell of freshly baked waffles escaped from the door. Little Red Riding Hood was full of joy and enthusiasm. As she opened the door, she saw that her grandma was in bed. Or at least someone was. This time our smart lady asked the right questions and she reflected longer on the answers. Soon she realised that the wolf had won the heart of her grandma. This time the little girl would show him a lesson. She gave him a bottle of wine and sold it by saying that the juice was so powerful that whoever would drink it, would find eternal youth.

The wolf - vain as he was - could see himself conquering all young and attractive lady wolves and said yes to the offer. He emptied the whole bottle at once. Little Red Riding Hood could barely hide her smile. Meanwhile she was looking for a sign of her grandma. This time the wolf had locked her up in a box. The little girl waited until the wolf was completely knocked out. Then she liberated her grandma and together they moved the body of the wolf deep into the forest where only rats and mice dance under the moonlight. Back into the house of grandma they ate waffles. They tasted so good.

Grandma was thrilled to have a grandchild so smart as Little Red Riding Hood. The story could have been longer, but thanks to the inner wisdom and the lessons learned in the past, the little girl ran through the toxic scenery with no burden or luggage. She turned the tide and won an incredible amount of time by applying her wisdom at the right moment. The surprise of grandma was so big, that grandma found her eye sight back. There was even more to it. Little Red Riding Hood saw that her grandma looked younger too. As if the bottle of wine was so magical that it affected everyone in the story.

Soon rumors were spread in the forest. All wolves heared the same story. Our little girl outsmarted the pack of wolves. The wolves decided to move to another forest, where they still could fool other beings. It goes without saying that grandma and Little Red Riding Hood had the time of their lives. They had so much fun together because the wolves were so far away. The wolf that fooled grandma and the little girl felt lots of regrets and decided to return to the house with his tail between his legs. He knocked on the door. Grandma opened and recognised the beast. She listened to what he had to say.

'I am so sorry', he stumbled. He had tears in his eyes. Grandma had a good heart. She accepted his apologies and he felt relieved. No need to enter the house. He was so happy that he was forgiven. He became the sweetest wolf ever in history and told the other wolves about his experience. Some wolves believed him and walked the same path. Other wolves hated his weakness. At least, that is what they told themselves. It did not matter. The universe was big enough to give room to all kind of species. The ones that were loving, found more love. Karma at work. The other ones remained in total darkness. Justice always wins in the end.

you are right and thank you for your comments, mothers are that too, yesterday I was at a recreational park and saw two opposite ways of how mothers treat their children. One girl must really have felt loved, she was walking with confidence, head high, checking on her little sun glasses and summer head, wearing a mermaid dress. Her family was walking right behind her. Another mother walked with a mad face quickly forward. A couple of meters behind her a little girl was struggling to walk further, she seemed sad. One time the mother looked back at her girl, with angry eyes. She was lucky her daughter wanted to follow her mother. There was not much love in that scene. Imagine if this continues, how it affects the daughter.

As always such a beautiful sorry around your Grandma, I am sure apart from the fact that this lady was incredibly wise , she was also a very special person in your life. Grandparents and their grandchildren, who share a bonding that is so unique and unmatched, is potentially the most valuable life experience a child can have. I talk from experience. The significance that they have is irreplaceable and the love that they give is incomparable. Moreover, apart from being a source of unconditional affection, grandparents pass on to us lessons for life, that they have gained from their long life journey. Those are the things that can be given by none, as their advice and lessons are as exclusive as they are.

Imagine the impact we'd have on the world if the tales we told our children were positive and enlightened like this one.

Fantastic take on one of the most-loved fairytales, ever, . The reason I am so much in love with your fairytale series is because they have me believe them. Though I understand that fairytales are anyways well, imaginary, yet I was extremely sceptical as a kid. I could not wrap my head around the fact that the wolf ate grandma and the woodcutter managed to get her out of the wolf in one piece. Your story gave me closure. :-D And of course, the fact that Red was less gullible and smarter than before is perfect for girls, today and for years to come. The karma bit at the end...brilliant.
