The Last Calling.

White rooms. Old walls. Silence. Serious faces. No smiling. Her heart beat weak. He was in a coma. The smell of the hospital. Sadness. Depression. Hopeless. Circumstances. The door half open. Half closed. Television screen on. CNN breaking news. Images of a carnival event. With a sudden explosion. Gun shots. People in a hurry. Running for their lives. Screaming. Louder and louder. Blood everywhere. Human bodies damaged. Victims of fate. The reporter has tears in his eyes. A dark shadow behind his back. The sound of the reporter fading away. The shadow takes over. On the television screen black letters appear against a white background. The audience reads: "THE PLANE WILL TAKE YOU AWAY".  

Their bodies are suffering. Fighting for their lives. The stranger and the woman from Paris. A little boy is playing in the corridor. Paper planes flying around. An old man observes him. Behind his ear a last cigarette. Pall Mall. One could think that they were grandfather and grandson. The little boy stares. No expression of joy. The old man nodding. Darkness falls. Evening in New York. Attempt of murder. The police is present. Doctor and nurses worried. Nobody sees the old man and the young boy. They seem to be invisible. Dimensions playing around. Creating chaos. The dark shadow leaves the television screen. The temperature in the room of the patients goes down.

The clock ticks. Creepy. Midnight. Police gone. Nurses and doctor half asleep. Tired of the waiting. A shadow walking around. In slow motion. Consciously paving the way. No sound. His evil feet above the ground. Looking for the stranger and the beloved one. The young boy and the old man continue their role in the scene that was written for them only. The shadow follows the scent of Tom Ford, Noir. His nose still in perfect shape. The room of the stranger ice cold. Freezing. The door opens. More and more. His breathing silent. The shadow shows no mercy. The killing act starts. He cuts the cords. For good. A life has ended. Just like that. The stranger is gone.

No emotions. To display. The shadow leaves the room again. In the office of the nurses an alarm signal goes off. However, the nurses seem to sleep. Deeply. Someone has put sleep pills in their drinks. The evil soul continues his walk. Approaching the room of the beloved one. She sleeps as a rose. In love with her. Attached to her soul. He connects to her heart. Almost no life. He takes her in his arms. Weightless. She is wearing a white dress. Looks like an angel. Her lips red. Her scent, a delight. He craves her. Whispering loving words in her ears. She moves her arms a bit. He waits. Their souls connect. The shadow surrounds her. Hand in hand they leave. The other dimension awaits. The bridge appears.

The old man and the young boy look up. They see the couple approaching. The time has come. A huge plane arrives. Four seats. The couple, the young boy and the old man take their seat. The hospital turns into an airport. An endless mystery. The last calling gets activated. Now. They have their mission, each one of them. This is the point of no return. The next morning, the police finds the dead body of the stranger. The walls of his room signed with the letter 'S'. In a red color. Lipstick or blood? On his pillow an old picture. A young boy moving his eyes. The police officer tries to keep calm. Unexplainable events. The perfume bottle of Tom Ford, Noir - broken - in thousand and one pieces on the floor.

The pilot in a hurry. Dressed in black. Taking off. The four passengers awake. On a mission. Destiny calling. The universe participating. All memories erased. Bodies and minds refreshed. One adventure ends. A new one has begun. The roles changing. Accepted. The golden map showing the direction. Starry eyes. Scenes rewritten. Looking down one last time. The hospital had become a small item. Neglectable. The boy displaying joy. The old man restyled. Charming version. The shadow became light. His beloved one, a successful lawyer. They won the case and became billionaires. The document contained the complete screenplay. Four main roles. The fifth one had to go. The stranger's role cut. OMG. The End.

This is an absolute brilliance by ! It took me to a movie screen, with exactly all the characters playing according to the Liesbeth's direction. I had been the part of what's going on, watching from somewhere not mentioned in the script, everything cannot be a part of a script. Liesbeth! You're marvelous, simple! Great piece of writing!
