The Special Gift Of Matadel

Matadel was looking at Adelaide and Matilda. They were so cute. Dreaming beautiful dreams. He just returned from Australia and Africa, met with Elle, the elephant and decided to say hi to his sweet nieces. He was reflecting deeply about a gift that he could offer them to show them how deeply he loved them. Sure, he realized that it was not that evident for a dragon to express his love. Normally he would blow flames into the wide open space. That is the typical way how dragons have learned to express love. This time he wanted to play it more safe. He loved his nieces so much. So he was thinking of a way that would not harm his sweethearts.

He watched around, the rooms of his nieces reflected a warm home. He was smiling. Then he saw a book 'The Magic Of Teddy Bear Puppies'. Suddenly he knew what to offer them: the cutest teddy bear in the world. So that all their wishes would come true in life. No wish would be too big to not be manifested with the magic power of that special teddy bear. Matadel took action. He left the room of his nieces and used his wings to land in the biggest magic story of Sydney. It was still quiet. The citizens were sleeping. That was perfect. He would have all time and space to make the best choice. All teddy bears were smiling at him. It was hard to pick out the cutest one.

Then, it happened. There was one teddy bear that captured his attention. It was the most gorgeous teddy bear that he had ever seen in his entire dragon life. The fire in his heart was burning. His passion reached the highest level. Wow, this was the gift. The teddy bear smiled at him. It felt how it was wanted. So badly. It reacted with unconditional love. The bear started to dance. The joy coming from that dance was touching. Dragon Matadel was having a hard time to fight against his tears of happiness. He had just found the matching gift. The teddy bear reached out for Matadel. The hand shake said everything. The other bears were giving a standing ovation. This was right. This was meant to be.

The teddy bear agreed to be wrapped in present paper. He was patient and loving. Dragon took the present and stored it in a safe place under his wings. The flight was amusing. Matadel's thoughts were full of joy and love. He was imagining the happy faces of his nieces already. He heard them laughing. He was touched beforehand. Some miles to fly. There it was. The house of Matilda and Adelaide. He landed in the garden. The grass was still wet. He liked it. Some shower feeling.  The teddy bear was a bit dizzy, but was fine. The door was open. By coincidence. Matadel was bold enough to enter the home of his nieces.

They were still sleeping. He was touched by the view of them. Peacefully resting in their gorgeous rooms. He put the present in front of their beds and closed his eyes. He slept for a little while. Matilda opened her eyes first. She noticed Matadel and recognized him. She was so happy and giggled the whole time to see her friend. They gave each other the biggest hug ever and looked each other in the eye. This was friendship with a big capital letter F. Matadel never felt so good. He loved his nieces so much. Then Matadel whispered in Matilda's ears that he had a gift for her and Adelaide. Matilda was grateful. As Adelaide was too small to receive presents, Matilda decided to open the present for both of them.

With the excitement of a joyful child, she opened the gift. The teddy bear spread his magic vibes around the room. It was love at first sight. The hearts of Matilda, Adelaide and dragon Matadel were impacted in a way that never had happened before. The wishes inside their hearts and souls were counted and put on a list. They would all be taken into consideration. The bear had magic power and he was keen on manifesting all wishes for all three of them. Since that day Matilda and Adelaide and even dragon Matadel never forgot the power of gratitude for all the loving blessings that were meant to find their hearts. They had become sweethearts in every meaning of the word. The universe was delighted.
