Too many people in America make mountains out of mole hills, want to argue about everything when they need to bite down on their lip very hard. Stay out of your feelings and don't assert them on other people.
This is what it means to be mindful not thinking you have a right to disrupt everyone else's good mood because you are in a bad one or have an opinion on something. Most opinions don't belong flying around all the time. Keep them to yourself
