The class at Work Source has us taking at least two personality profile tests a week. We go online and spend around twenty minutes on each one then print them out. The teacher says it’s to help us figure out what kind of field of work we’d be good at, or like to get into. I scored high in management and leadership jobs.

That’s strange to me because I’ve done the kind of work where if someone just stands there and watches you work, they get yelled at. I also scored high in technology work. That’s probably what I’ll get into.

I’ve been writing out my notes and typing them out in Google docs. It was something a college class I took taught was a good way to remember things. Since I haven’t done a lot of customer service, I don’t know what will be important when I start working around a lot of people.

Well sometimes I sell some art that I draw and make spare cash. That might count for customer service.

I went to the movies yesterday. The first movie before twelve is six dollars on Friday and Saturday. They were mostly cartoons for kids and chick flicks. There was one called "Den of Thieves" that started a little after the matinee times so I watched it. It was a good movie, even though I paid full price to watch it.

The weather in Seattle is back to normal. It’s raining off and on and ten to fifteen degrees above freezing. Some people complain, but after working in Alaska for so long I think it’s nice outside.

I made an appointment with a job coordinator the fourth week of my class with Work Source. She talked to me about a job training program and working in an internship while I’m waiting for it to start. It’s good to have things in the works. I’ll have to talk to her again soon.

This morning at the coffee shop there was a guy with a rucksack like the one I used when I would go rock climbing with my friends. I asked him if he was a climber. He told me he did a lot of hiking but didn’t do any climbing.

There was another guy in a suit and tie standing in line with a backpack that was partially open. I told him about his pack. He thanked me and closed it up. When he got his coffee he sat down at a table next to me.

He took a laptop computer and legal papers out of his pack and started looking through the papers. The guy was a lawyer. Maybe he worked at the courthouse. You never know who you’re talking to. It made me wonder who the guy with the rucksack was.
