You sit in a class listening to a lecture that’s not interesting. The course has nothing to do with what you want to study but it fulfills a requirement to get a degree.

You’ve invested a couple semesters of your time in college and a degree would be nice to have. There are also tech-certificates you can get that will help you get a job sooner.

You have a decision to make.

That was me last semester before I went on my road trip. I’ve been taking online classes and working on my blog to help improve my writing, it also gets me out of the house. Students in the college library are talking about semester finals now I’ve already registered for classes next semester.

I still have a decision to make.

I think the best thing for me is to get a couple of computer-tech certificates and start working again. Then when I’m off SSI keep taking classes to work on my degree.

Why not do both?
