Are You in Balance with the Universe Today? (Today's Reflection)

Are You in Balance with the Universe Today? (Today's Reflection)

Take a moment to look at today’s Daily Reflection. When you are done, take no more than 10 minutes to answer your self-reflection questions:

I am in balance with the energy of the universe.

The universe has energy and forces that align with my being. I am in balance with the world in front of me. I use my energy to work and help others each day. I am a positive spirit on a tumultuous planet.

I keep my balance as chaos swirls around me.

I know my balance depends on my energy input and output during the day. I keep my spirit nourished and healthy. I conserve my energy to maintain my balance.

I am an active spirit who needs energy to thrive.

I am grateful the universe provides me with the opportunity to rebuild my energy reserves. I use nature and the world around me to restore my spirit. I connect to the energy fields that surround me.

My energy connects me to people, animals, and nature. It helps me see the network that is part of the universe.

Every function in my body depends on my energy. I use my energy wisely and avoid negative experiences that deplete it. I am happy to focus on positive ways to restore my body.

Today, I see how my world is shaped by energy. I notice the energy around me. I am grateful the universe gives me the strength to restore my energy each day.

Self-Reflection Questions:

1. How can I add more energy to my day without sacrificing my time?

2. What can I do to maintain my energy balance on days filled with obstacles and challenges?

3. How can I help my family and children replenish their energy?

Noticing what we do that saps our energy, that depleted our energy is important. We can choose to do less of that. Noticing when we sense our aliveness and our energy and what sustains that without taking from anything else is also important. There is a lot of taking to the energy - we do not have to take and deplete another - when we create in interdependent relationships we give and receive which is different from taking.

#4 Not to mention that we are in a time when humans feel the right to force the entire rest of the planet to conform to our fleeting desires,

This stems from LOA

This is a key concept that gets trampled on by much of the other 'advice' swirling around us, @Noah Carmichael, MBA.

Balance is the key to a well-lived life, not accomplishments or accolades, because if the latter comes without the former, they will ultimately never even register. Not to mention that we are in a time when humans feel the right to force the entire rest of the planet to conform to our fleeting desires, we have got to start prioritizing a sustainable life, filled with balance within us and all around us.

I dig it.

Balance is key to reaching ones full potential and maintaining it in life.

Energy is neither created or destroyed and one draws energy from all life around one. Everything i made of energy and I tend to follow with animism that simply stated says everything has a soul.

You can can get an energy bump from spending some time with some trees or walking on the grass barefoot.

When you take a moment to expand you view where energy is concerned any can find many sources of cooperative energies to assist one in being and staying balanced.

Everything is energy so what forms of energy halo you feel more balanced in life. Food, drink, items that you hold personal attachment to, tools that assist one in ones career. All of these are form of energy that one uses to bring balance to one's life and one;s view of what it is one is doing with that life.
