I Keep My Commitments (Today's Reflection)
Take a moment to look at today’s Daily Reflection. When you are done, take no more than 10 minutes to answer your self-reflection questions:
I Keep My Commitments
I know others depend on me, so I focus on my commitments. I understand my commitments shape my reputation. I am aware that these responsibilities are crucial for my work.
I keep the promises I make. I know that others trust me, so I have responsibilities to remember. I show up at meetings on time, prepare materials, and complete projects before their deadlines. I share my duties with coworkers who have the same goals.
My commitments keep me grounded and focused on the present moment.
I know my responsibilities extend beyond the workplace. My family also depends on me. I balance my schedule, so both my job and family benefit.
I avoid the negativity and disappointment that comes with broken promises. Instead, I focus on the positive aspects of my commitments and look at the people who benefit from them.
My ability to keep commitments builds trust in my relationships.
I stay aware of the expectations and deadlines in front of me. I keep a schedule that is flexible yet useful. I keep track of my responsibilities, so they are always in focus. I appreciate others who also keep their commitments.
Today, I show the world that I keep my commitments.
1. How can I keep my commitments during times of illness or other tragedies?
2. What can I do to remember my commitments faster and easier?
3. How can I help my coworkers understand their responsibilities in a positive way?
